Description

Taillevant has always been based at Willsboro Marina on Lake Champlain in New York State so she has spent most of her life in fresh water. In the fall of 2022, the owner relocated the yacht to the Caribbean, specifically to Martinique, and then moved it to the British Virgin Islands (BVI) the following year. The owner has consistently maintained and upgraded the vessel, addressing any deficiencies with care. Recent improvements include new North Sails 3Di sails, a new autopilot, new AIS, new batteries, and fresh antifouling, among other updates.The Farr designed Beneteau First 40 quickly established itself as a performer on the race circuit. If racing is not your thing. Not to worry Farr has done it again balancing comfort and performance to ensure all on board are comfortable. The light oak veneer creates an airy, simple and modern atmosphere down below.
