The Malö 42 is a true all-round ocean cruiser from one of Scandinavia’s most respected yacht builders, Malö Yachts. Designed by Leif Ängermark during the yard’s peak years, she is widely regarded as one of Malö’s finest designs. Often described as the “Swedish army knife” of cruising yachts, the Malö 42 combines strength, practicality, and genuine offshore capability.

Build Quality and Capability
This design is known for its exceptional build quality, with extensive hand-finishing and robust engineering throughout. It is widely accepted that the Malö 42 cost significantly more to build than later models, due to her over-engineered specification and attention to detail. As a result, she remains highly sought after and is rarely available on the UK market.

Condition and Location
Overall, this Malö 42 represents a great opportunity to acquire a proven Scandinavian bluewater cruiser, offered for immediate sale. She is currently lying in Falmouth and ready to be viewed.
