Marketing Description 'Ngahue' is an excellent example of the ever popular mid range cruiser from the renowned builders Hallberg-Rassy. This model was in production between 1982 and 1994 with 571 being built. 'Ngahue' is number 508 and was built and launched in 1990.Upgraded over the years including new teak secks, Eberspacher heating, Bowthruster, upgraded Raymarine Hybridtouch plotter with radar, Doyle sails and a Volvo Penta D1-20 unit installed in 2023Down below is as you would expect from a quality builder such as Hallberg Rassy. Mechanical 'Naghue' is fitted with a 20hp, 2-cylinder Volvo Penta D1-20 with saildrive unit and 2-Blade folding propeller. The engine was installed new in 2023 and has completed 212 hours. Most recent service was in 2025. The engine is located beneath the companionway. This allows easy access for daily checks and servicing requirements. The saildrive and stop cock are accessed from the cockpit through a hinged watertight hatchway. Rigging Bermudan masthead sloop rig with deck stepped aluminium spars by Selden. Stainless steel standing rigging  and terylene braid on braid running rigging brought aft with a series of turning blocks, deck organisers and spinlock clutches. All winches are by Lewmar, and include self tailing sheet winches nwithin easy reach of tiller and 2-speed halyard and spinnaker winches and a mast mounted single speed reefing winch. Sails are in excellent condition with a boom mounted Doyle laminate slab reefing mainsail, a Doyle laminate roller furling genoa and a symetric spinnaker with pole. Construction GRP constructed vessel with 1.60M draft long fin with encapsulated ballast. Counter and skeg mounted rudder with varnished tiller steering. Her underwater areas were antifouled in 2025 and anodes replaced. Bowthruster aids manoeuvrability in tight spaces. Bothruster controls mounted in cockpit coaming within easy reach of both helm and throttle. White gelcoat topsides with signature Hallberg-Rassy blue hull band. Moulded rubbing strakes from forward of mid-ships aft with steel band. Hull topsides were polished in May 2025.Teak topped raised gunwale around the decks with scuppers to quickly dispel any water.
