Description

Smart Boat Sales is delighted to present "Mr Toad" a classic British Power Boat Company 22 runabout. She was found in a chicken shed in the early 1980s and restored in 2013. In 2013 the boat was taken to see Cserve Ltd, a well-known Poole based boatbuilders who are experienced in both wood and modern technology construction methods. The decision was taken to utilise the original method of double planking. The inner skin was diagonal planking throughout. The topsides were copied as horizontal planking.
