Caliber 38/40, built 1991 /92, Built # 48, by CALIBER-YACHTS. The vessel was built in Florida, USA, commissioned in Dec. 1991/ Jan. 1992 to the Caliber Yard’s. This story refers to the very first owner. ” Originally owned by a German couple, the boat was sold by Typhoon Yachting in 2019 to her current Turkish owner.” This is the story of the boat’s first owner, who launched her in 1991 and crossed the Atlantic Ocean with her. The boat sailed from Florida to Bermuda, the Azores, Portugal, Gibraltar, and Spain, covering more than 6,000 nautical miles under extreme offshore conditions.
