Description

"Summer Storm" TP52 - Relocated to Europe. This is a 2015 J/V designed TP52 starting life out in the 52 Super Series, where she was a multi-regatta winning boat as well as 2017 World Champion under the name "Platoon".Her second ownership from 2019 (Ex-Outsider) then modified the boat for offshore racing, where she again flourished winning multiple headline events in class and overall at the C600 race in 2020 and 4th overall at the 2019 Fastnet Race (IRC).In 2024 she went on to win the Block Island Race overall and Newport-Bermuda Race in class (ORCi).Her current owner, who has continued the development and upgrade curve of the boat has followed a strict maintenance schedule since taking ownership in early 2024 and the boat presents at the highest level.Additionally a huge inventory of sails in both 2024 and 2025 ensures a new owner is brilliantly setup for their first season(s).This is a rare and hopefully exciting opportunity to secure a truly capable boat, whether it be IRC or ORCi, inshore or offshore, there is a real plethora of options afforded to a new owner, depending on where they wish to race.
