Description

Tollesbury, Essex Branson Thomas 50ft steel dutch type barge with fantastic rural residential berth at Tollesbury Saltings (subject to interview). This barge was launched just 14 years ago, it is both a great home and a very competent seagoing coastal cruising vessel with a Barrus 90hp diesel engine, bow thruster and navigation and control equipment. Built in 2011. Steel hull and decks, the hull has been coated with glass flake epoxy, which is designed to give protection in excess of 25 years. Build specification: Keel – 12mm Stem – 18mm Engine beds – 10mm Hull – 8mm Deck – 5mm Cabin sides – 5mm Cabin roof – 5mm Keel Type: Full Keel Top side is newly painted with polyurethane paints.
