Description

Designed by Sparkman and Stephens and launched in 2002, this Northwind is a very well built sailing cruiser. The thickness of her hull is unusual even for similar boats built around the same time. It must be understood this was a custom build with the first owner being present twice a week to inspect progress until the build was finished. She was built as a cutter rig, though she has a mizzen unlike the other Nordwind 58 models. She was also highly customised during the build, one example being the separate bulkhead at the fore and 3 fuel tanks. Her upkeep and general feel of refined toughness...
