1979 Rival 38

The Rival 38 was the fifth Peter Brett-designed Rival, conceived to fill the gap between the highly successful Rival 34 and the flagship Rival 41. Designed with fuller ends than the smaller Rivals and using a clever raised companionway deck layout, the Rival 38 benefits from having twin aft cabins. The Peter Brett-designed Rivals have proven to be highly capable offshore cruising yachts and are highly sought after by blue-water cruisers around the world. In previous ownership, STROLLA MOR has successfully cruised the Atlantic coasts of the UK and Europe, venturing to the Azores.
