Description

YYachts was born from one man’s passion for sailing and 50 years experience in yacht building. Since the early 1980s, Michael Schmidt was building successful racing yachts, and was we believe the first to construct in carbon fibre. After a period owning a string of yacht sales offices, he started Hanse Yachts. In 2015, he built his own one-off Brenta 80 but then decided he wished to share his passion with like-minded sailors.
