De Sailart 19 is compacte performance cruiser, geschikt is als solo-zeilboot tot raceboot. Uitgevoerd met hef-kiel (0.60 - 1.30 meter). Dankzij de brede waterlijn en de uitgesproken kimmen biedt de Pocket Performance Cruiser verrassend veel ruimte benedendeks. De kimmen zorgen voor stabiel planeren bij harde wind. De zeilboot is ontworpen voor gebruik op zowel binnenwateren als kustwateren. Speciaal voor kustwateren is de waterlijn zeer breed gemaakt en de boeg ontworpen met een ruim volume. De SAILART 19 is standaard uitgerust met een onzinkbare schuimromp. Dit zeiljacht is uitgerust met o.a. boegschroef (Jet Thruster), 4 slaapplaatsen, zonnepaneel, walstroom, 12/220V stopcontacten, acculader, waterpomp voor buitendouche en schoonspuiten, diverse lijnzakken en zijwand opbergtassen, grootzeil met Lazy-jack, genua/rolfok met hoes, zelf-kerende fok, gennaker, spinnaker met boom, stuurautomaat, kompas, buiskap, boegspriet en trailer met NL kenteken.
