Das ehemalige Bauhüttenschiff wurde vollständig neu gedacht und 2023 erstwässert. Entstanden ist ein ganzjährig bewohnbares Hausboot mit Charakter, Substanz und einem klaren Vorteil: Sie sind nicht an klassische Wohnstrukturen gebunden. Das Heizkonzept macht den Unterschied: Pellettanlage, Küchenhexe im Wohn-/Essbereich und ein Bullerjan im Wintergarten sorgen auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen für stabile Wärme. Das System kann über Batterien betrieben werden – in Kombination mit jeweils 3.000 Litern Frisch- und Abwassertank bedeutet das für Sie: autarkes Leben ohne dauerhafte Abhängigkeit von externer Infrastruktur.
