<p>With 3 double en-suite cabins sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, and a convertible saloon that offers sleeping arrangements for up to two additional guests, this spacious yacht allows for maximum comfort on the water, making it the perfect offshore cruiser for families and large parties.</p>
<p>Equipped with the latest in yacht technology and upgrades, including: a watermaker, inverter, solar panels, underwater lights, electric transom, electric winch, bow thruster, gas grill and generator-powered air conditioning, the 52.3 offers the ultimate in onboard comfort, ensuring a stress-free charter vacation for all.</p>
<p><strong>BROKERS REMARKS</strong>: GLAD 2B HERE is the only one of this model available and rare in the fleet and do not come up very often. This version is the 4 cabin 4 head layout with a crew berth in the bow. This yacht is hugely powerful to sail, and you have space for days, both interior and also in cockpit and on deck. This yacht has both a generator and a water maker.</p>

<p>With taut lines, a new stepped hull and a stylish deck plan, the Oceanis 51.1 is the first of a new generation.<br>Easy to handle, comfortable and smart, the number of customizations available has been increased to provide more than 700 combinations.</p>
<p>One third of the Oceanis 51.1’s hull is now stepped. In addition to the aesthetics of this flared shape, the new hull creates additional interior space allowing for exciting new layouts on a boat this size.<br>With emphasis on taut cruiser lines, she is a joy to move around and reassuringly safe.<br>The spacious cockpit, many relaxation and sun bathing areas, as well as an aft swim platform, promise true comfort.</p>
<p>The large hull portholes bathe the boat in light and elegantly emphasize the interior design by Nauta Design creating a wonderful atmosphere.<br>A choice of brushed oak or mahogany woodwork ambiance increases the opportunities for customization.</p>
