Description
Antix has been comprehensively prepared for competitive one-design and IRC/ORC racing. Repainted in April 2023 with a full topside and bottom fair to class rules. Keel and rudder alignment have been checked and corrected, with the rudder top bearing repositioned. The running rigging has been completely renewed, and deck hardware upgrades include Harken winches, upgraded traveller blocks, a downwind jib sheet system, Tylaska T5 jib tack fitting, and spin sheet reelers and hooks.
Additional informationElectronics are led by a Sailmon E4 Silver processor paired with twin B&G Element 7 displays and a Vulcan 7 plotter, plus a forestay load cell.The sail inventory — supplied entirely by Doyle Sails IRE/UK — is extensive, covering three mainsails, multiple headsails across four vintages (including a 2024 J1 and J2), and a full spinnaker wardrobe spanning A1.5, A2, A2+, and A3.Extras include an EU road trailer with mast transport chocks, a galvanised collapsible cradle, full guard-rail set, continuous hiking pad, and a colour-coded dock box. CAT 4 safety equipment included. A turnkey, race-ready package.
