50 Feet - 15 meters Aluminium Catamaran from 2022 for sale! Possibility of Purchase i.e. Investment in 25% - 30% Co-Ownership of the Vessel. Partnership in Catamaran charter business in Croatia is primarily interesting for the actual Seller/Owner of the Vessel. Registered in 2022 under Croatian (EU) flag, VAT not paid! Building finished in August 2023. In the contrary to GRP hulls, this yacht is built with Aluminium and stainless steel to last for ever. The catamaran (ocean class A) was constructed and built with oversight from the CROATIAN REGISTER OF SHIPPING (CRS), a government agency that is member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS). The catamaran has hydrodynamic and aerodynamic unique aluminum hull design that combines and allows the excitement of enhanced sailing speed with the high comfort accommodation. The mast is 22 meters tall ( from roof ) and together with boom has a special design that allows for unobstructed airflow to the main sail ( without vortex ), resulting in increased sail efficiency. Featuring two (2) centreboards (180 x 85 cm) which permit sailing close to the wind (upwind). Sails adjusted for (solo sailing). 3 high-end Pontos 4 speed winches, that are increasingly used on racing sailboats, allow the skipper to easily control the sails. The skipper's place and the helm on the roof are protected from waves, wind and rain. Layout: 4 Guest cabins + 1 Skipper cabin, 8 Guest berths (4 queen beds) + 2 Skipper berths (2 pullman beds), 4 Guest heads + 1 Skipper head. There are 4 spacious equal guest cabins that are significantly larger compared to those of other 50 ft catamarans, with queen beds (160 x 200 cm). The guests on board are afforded full privacy in the salon when mooring in the marina or harbor as the salon is placed strategically on the front of the catamaran. The 4 two-seaters in the salon can be relocated in just a couple of minutes and, together with the folding table, enables optimal usage of space in the salon that best meets the needs of all on board. The roof itself is also an outdoor living space / flybridge cockpit with the convertible seats / lounge chairs for all 8 passengers and there is a lifting table for serving meals. The awning system on provides shade for the flybridge and cockpit areas. The deck and roof are covered with a high-quality material called Corkline, which allows you to walk on it comfortably with bare feet even on hot summer days.
