Inventory :Deck Equipment: Balcony with galvanised guardrails 4 x Mooring cleats  History & Construction: These River Pod 38's have been built with a flotation system consisting of 38ft x 750 mm  buoyancy at 50% submersion, complete with internal bulkheads and access screwcaps which are air pressured tested and completed with HDPE fixing fins. HDPE comes with a 125 year guarantee. Oxygen, salt and water do not affect HDPE and thus does not suffer over time. It does not need to be painted or antifouled. The River Pod flotation system will never need to be removed from the water for maintenance or cleaning unlike all other boat hulls. HDPE offers zero corrosion and thus reduced maintenance costs.  The sub frame of the houseboat is manufactured from U-channel steel framework. The exterior framework is made of galvanised ISON 1461 with internal cross-strengthening members in the same galvanised ISON 1461.  The internal walls have all been CNC cut with double skin and marine ply framework. The total thickness is a 36mm Tyvek breathable membrane with composite cladding externally. The radius roof is made in plastisol steel profile sheet. All windows and doors are made of double-glazed UPVC.  The floor has been fitted with 100 Celotex with Visqueen vaper check 22mm tongue and groove chipboard.
