Description
2020 Beneteau Oceanis 35.1 - a well-maintained and lightly used example of these comfortable and spacious cruisers in her first ownership since new. Laid out with two cabins, a forward master and single aft separated by the saloon offering plenty of seating and the galley. A Yanmar engine with low hours, full B&G electronics, electric windlass and heating make this a wonderful boat for those who enjoy a longer sailing season. The cockpit is spacious with easy access fore and aft and great vision around the boat from the twin helm positions, fitted with the mainsail arch keeping the space clear of ropes and putting the boom out of harm's way. The interior is laid out with two cabins, a forward master and aft guest cabin both offering large double berths. The saloon has plenty of space with a centre line table, seating to both sides, galley, small nav station and access to the heads and separate shower enclosure. With a great inventory 'Alice' would be a wonderful choice for a couple or young family looking to explore coastline and offshore sailing in safe and relaxed fashion.NAVIGATION AIDSB&G Chartplotter to port helmB&G Triton 2 multi-function instrument to starboard helmB&G Triton 2 repeater at nav stationB&G NAC3 Autopilot (with gyro compass), controls to port helmB&G V60 VHF Radio with DSC and AIS transceiver2 x steering compass mounted in helm binnaclesWindex windvaneGROUND TACKLEDelta 16 kg/32 lbs anchor with 28 m of 10mm chain and 40m of 18mm line1000w Electric windlassGENERAL EQUIPMENTSprayhood in graphiteFusion stereo with interior and exterior speakersLuxe cockpit table (wood and GRP)Cockpit shower with hot and cold waterHalyard bagsCovers for cockpit table and wheels 6 x fendersWarpsBoathookCutlery, crockery and utensilsSAFETY EQUIPMENTLiferaft (2020, service status unconfirmed)LifebuoysFlares (expiry date unconfirmed)Fire extinguishersBilge pumpYANMAR 3YM30 29HP INBOARD DIESELEngine hours: 197 approx.Serviced: July 2025Sail drive with 3 blade folding propellerSelection of engine sparesELECTRICS1 x 50Ah engine battery and 3 x 80Ah domestic batteriesBatteries charged by 125Ah engine alternator and 230v battery charger12v/230v 2kvA inverterShore power connection and cableTANKAGEFuel: 130 litres (34 US Gal)Water: 130 litres (34 US Gal)Holding: 80 litres (21 US Gal)WATER SYSTEMHot and cold pressurised water throughoutWater heated by calorifier and immersion heater (tank: (25 litres 7 US Gal)ALL FIGURES ARE APPROXIMATE2020 BENETEAU OCEANIS 35.1Built By Beneteau in France, designed by Finot-Conq and Nauta DesignCONSTRUCTIONPearl Grey GRP hullWhite GRP deck and coachroofShallow draft fin keelTwin rudders with twin wheel steeringMainsail archPolyester bowspritSolid slatted wood laid to cockpit floor, bathing platform and helm seatsDrop down bathing platformAnti-fouled June 2025DIMENSIONSLOA: 10.75m (35’3’’)LWL. 9.70m (31’10’’)Beam: 3.72m (12’2’’)Light displacement: 5,966kg (13,149 lbs)Shallow draft 1,56m 5’1’’Shallow ballast weight 1 825kg 4,022 lbsAir draft 15,60m 51’2’’ALL FIGURES ARE APPROXIMATE
