Description

Iris Lily is a one-owner-from-new 52ft semi-traditional narrowboat, built in 2018 by the renowned Knights Narrowboats. Cleverly designed in the ever-popular reverse layout, she maximises internal space to create a bright and airy interior that feels much larger than her 52ft length would suggest. The well-appointed galley is positioned aft, leading into a spacious saloon featuring an L-shaped dinette and comfortable freestanding armchairs, creating a welcoming and sociable living area. A walk-through bathroom follows, fitted with a modern Thetford cassette toilet with ceramic bowl. Forward, the relaxing master cabin benefits from direct access onto the bow well deck, completing a thoughtfully arranged and highly practical layout. Propulsion is provided by an economical Beta Marine 38hp four-cylinder diesel engine, paired with a PRM 150 D2 gearbox. Cabin heating is supplied via a diesel-fired Webasto central heating system, complemented by a Morso multifuel stove in the saloon. Hot water is delivered through the central heating system, engine calorifier, and a 240V immersion heater. Both 12V and 240V electrical systems are installed onboard for modern convenience. Available to view seven days a week at Pyrford Marina. Please contact the team on 01932 343275 to arrange a viewing. General InformationStern Type – Semi-TradFit-Out – Knights NarrowboatsShell Builder – Cauldon NarrowboatsSteel Plating Specification – 10/6/4Insulation – Spray FoamNumber of Berths – 2+2Number of Cabins – 1Canopies – Stern Cockpit Tonneau Cover, Bow Cratch CanopySide Hatch – X1Windows – Double Glazed Recent WorksBoat Safety Certificate Expiry Date – 02/10/2026Last Two Pack Blacking – January 2024Last Engine Service – April 2025 Engine SpecificationMake & Model – Beta MarineHP – 38Number of Cylinders – 4Gearbox – PRM 150 D2Cooling Type – Keel via external skin tank.Diesel Tank Capacity (L) – 200 approx.Engine Hours – 2,063 approx.Year – 2018 Hot Water & Heating SystemsSource of Hot Water - Engine Calorifier, Central Heating, 240V ImmersionCentral Heating – WebastoStove – Morso Swift Multifuel Water Tank Capacity (L) – 400 approx.Water Tank Material – Stainless Steel Electrical Systems & Components12v – Yes240v Landline – YesInverter / Charger – Sterling Pro Combi 2500WBatteries – X1 Starter 110A, X4 Domestic 110AGalvanic Isolator – YesSolar Panels – X2 with a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller Interior ArrangementsGalleyEntering via the central stern doors, you step into a bright and airy cabin space leading directly into the walk-through galley.
