Moving away from the classic, cabin-focused "cave" design of older Sundancers, the 320 successfully incorporated the social and open-air elements of a bowrider, creating a versatile day boat and comfortable weekender all in one package. Design and Exterior: A Focus on Deck Living The primary innovation of the 320 is the brilliant use of exterior space, particularly the forward bow lounge. Integrated Bow Seating: Unlike older cruisers where the bow sunpad was an afterthought accessed via a steep, folding staircase, the 320 features a dedicated, secure port-side walk-through from the cockpit. This leads to a spacious foredeck with three forward-facing seats, complete with actuated headrests and fold-down armrests. This is a massive area for lounging, safely usable even when underway. Cockpit Versatility: The cockpit maximizes social space under the protection of the coupe enclosure. Key features include a rotating helm companion seat that swivels to face the cockpit dinette, making it a central gathering spot.
