Description

The Oceanis 45 hits a sweet spot: big enough to feel like a true cruising platform, manageable enough to sail short-handed, and designed with the kind of interior volume that makes extended time aboard genuinely comfortable. Buka is the desirable four-cabin version, offering exceptional versatility without compromising the sailing characteristics the 45 is known for.Below deck, the layout is practical and well thought through. She features four double cabins, each with proper storage cabinetry and good natural light, making her ideal for family cruising, shared ownership or charter use. The two heads are cleverly configured with dual access doors, one from the saloon and one from the adjoining aft cabin, giving privacy and flexibility that works extremely well underway or at anchor. The saloon is bright and open, with the dining table to starboard and a proper navigation station integrated into the living space. Opposite, the L-shaped galley to port is secure at sea and well equipped. You’ll find a waist-height front-opening fridge, a separate top-loading freezer, double stainless sinks with hot and cold pressure water, and a two-burner gas stove with oven. Storage is generous, with eight cabinets on the galley side and four more along the saloon, so longer provisioning is not an issue. A TV is installed for onboard comfort when you’re settled in for the evening.Out in the cockpit is where the Buka really shines. Twin helms give excellent visibility and easy movement through to the wide swim platform aft. Buka is set up for comfortable outdoor living with a full bimini offering 2.3 meters of headroom, a fold-down dodger, full cockpit cushions and a folding cockpit table that seats up to eight. The electrically actuated swim platform drops down to create a large beach-style access to the water, perfect for Caribbean anchorages.Ground tackle is strong and ready for serious cruising. The primary anchor is paired with 80 meters of chain, backed up by a secondary anchor with 35 meters. The windlass was replaced in 2024 with a powerful Quick 1500W unit. A 2025 Plastimo Transocean four-person life-raft adds further offshore capability.Under sail, she carries Elvstrom canvas on a Z.Spar mast and boom. The fully battened mainsail with three reef points and furling genoa offer a balanced, easily managed sail plan. All control lines are led aft to the cockpit, handled through Spinlock clutches and Harken two-speed winches, allowing for confident short-handed sailing. A whisker pole and spinnaker halyard are already in place for downwind passages.Electronics are solid and current. Dual B&G Zeus2 7” chartplotters are mounted at both helms, supported by depth, wind and log instrumentation and a Halo20 radar on the mast. A Raymarine p70s autopilot keeps her tracking well on passage. Communication and connectivity are well covered with a B&G V60 VHF with AIS, handheld VHF, IridiumGO satellite unit and Starlink Mini.Power management is equally well considered, with a 550W solar array feeding Victron SmartSolar MPPT controllers, a substantial battery bank, shore power with Cristec charger, and inverters for onboard 230V use.Overall, Buka presents as a properly equipped, ready-to-go Oceanis 45 in the sought-after four cabin configuration. She offers the volume, performance and autonomy that make this model so popular worldwide. For buyers looking for a capable cruising platform with real accommodation flexibility, she deserves serious consideration.Additional InformationAccommodation4 Double Berth Cabins / 2 Heads Layout• (4) Double berth cabins with storage cabinets• (2) Heads – each with door to aft cabin and separate door to living areaInterior Comforts and Amenities• Galley to port• Living area and navigation table to starboard• Waist-height front opening fridge• Separate top opening freezer• Double sink with hot and cold water• (2) Burner gas stove with oven• (8) Storage cabinets – galley side• (4) Storage cabinets – living side• LP gas locker below port helm station• Dining table• TVElectronics and Navigation• Raymarine p70s Autopilot• B&G Navigation System (Zeus2 7W)• (1) Primary chart plotter – port helm (B&G)• (1) Secondary chart plotter – starboard helm (B&G)• Primary GPS• Halo20 Dome Radar mounted on mast• Depth sounder• Wind direction & speed indication• Logs• B&G V60 VHF with full AIS• Handheld VHF Redevis RM01• Satellite communication Iridium GO• Television F&U FLS32218• EPIRB ARC Global Fix V5• Starlink MiniElectrical Systems12V System• Batteries (11 total):• (4) Domestic 105Ah lead acid (zink)• (1) Engine 100Ah lead acid• (1) Thruster 100Ah lead acid• Cristec YPOWER 12V / 60A charger from external 230V AC• SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 solar charger• 550W solar panel230V AC System• External shore supply distributed through yacht• (2) Nedis PIMS30012E 300W inverters (12V to 230V)• Shore power cord with adaptersDeck and Hull Equipment• Primary anchor with 80m chain• Spare anchor with 35m chain• Quick 12V Anchor Windlass (new 2024) – Model DP3 1512, 1500W• Bow anchor rollers• Full aft deck bimini (height 2.3m)• Fold down dodger• Full cockpit cushions• Folding cockpit table (seats 8)• (10) Fenders stored in bow locker• Dock lines in cockpit locker• 3.5m wide actuator-lowered swim platform with folding ladder• Full bow pulpit and rails• Side stanchions and lifelines with boarding points both sides• Plastimo Radeau Transocean Life Raft (4 person) – manufactured (February 2025)• Navigation lights: port & starboard on pulpit rails, stern on solar panel rail, anchor & steaming lights on mast• Emergency ladder in transomSails and Rigging• Z.Spar main mast and boom• Roller furling genoa• Spinnaker halyard and tack connection• Whisker pole• Elvstrom sails• Mainsail – (4) battens, (3) reef points• Single line reefing• Mainsail area 51m²• Furling genoa area 49m²• Manual boomvang operated from cockpit• Winches:• (2) Harken 50 2-speed• (2) Harken 40 2-speed• Spinlock cam cleats (9) in aft cockpit• Lines led port to starboard: headsail halyard, headsail furling, mainsail halyard, reef 3, mainsheet, boomvang, outhaul, reef 2, spinnaker halyardMechanical Equipment• Rule Mate 1100 gph / 4164 lph bilge pump• Dual helm steering• (2) Mobiak 6kg fire extinguishers• Emergency tiller arm stored below deck under starboard helm• Hydrovane wind vane steering• MAX Power bow thrusterEngine Info• Yanmar 4JH5E (2015) – 54BHP• Inboard• Saildrive• Diesel• Engine hours: 5400• Operation manual in document locker above electrical control panel• Throttle control (reverse / neutral / forward) to right of port helm• RPM and alarm indicators to left of port helm• Fuel water filter – port side of engine (access from port aft cabin)• Starboard side access (from starboard aft cabin):• Saildrive oil measuring & filling• Fuel filter• Emergency cut off• Forward engine access (lift stairs):• Lube oil measuring• Oil filter• Internal cooling water level inspection• Fire extinguishing bung hole in middle of stairsTankage• Diesel – single tank under aft starboard cabin bed – 200L• Fresh water – aft tank under starboard aft cabin bed – 300L• Fresh water – forward tank under forward port cabin bed – 200L• Holding tank – behind starboard head – approx. 100LDisclaimerThe company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
