Accommodation for up to 6 with 2 double cabins and occasional saloon berths. The lift keel opens up your berthing and mooring options. The full cockpit enclosure and cabin heating extend comfortable use into the Winter months.</p><p>Construction:</p><p>GRP construction, swing keel (0.95m to 2.15m) with a ballasted stub keel and twin rudders which allow the boat to dry out. The ballasted swing keel element is operated by mechanical worm drive with a winch handle socket in the saloon table. Wheel steering with binnacle mounted instruments.</p><p>Mechanicals:</p><p>Powered by a Yanmar 3YM20 21hp inboard diesel with shaft driven 3 bladed feathering propeller. 2 x 12V batteries for engine start and domestic power, charged via engine and shore power battery charger.</p><p>Rigging and sails:</p><p>Fractional Bermudan Sloop with deck stepped alloy mast and spars. Stainless wire standing rigging. There are 2 sets of sails. Slab reefing mainsail with Lazy Jack bag and roller furling Genoa.</p><p>Laminate Mainsail by North Sails - Said to be in "good condition"</p><p>Laminate Genoa by North Sails - Said to be in "good condition"</p><p>Dacron Mainsail (unused) - Said to be in "excellent condition"</p><p>Dacron Genoa (unused) - Said to be in "excellent condition"</p><p>Cruising Chute (unused by current owner)</p><p>Accommodation:</p><p>Berths for up to 6 crew with fore and aft double cabins and 2 single saloon berths.
