Description

Swan 66-702 was built for an experienced British owner and named TOUCAN. She replaced his former Swan 56. TOUCAN was built at the same time as the first 66-701 LIONESSA, and the two yachts were launched early in 2008. At the time, as I was Swan agent in Spain, I was lucky to be in Finland for meetings and saw and sailed on board in May that year. TOUCAN was conceived and set up to be a family cruising yacht, suitable for long passages. She proved perfect for the owner and took him and his family through north Europe, to the Med and later, on to the Caribbean and USA.
