Mechanical :Mechanical SystemsThis Quicksilver 700 has a single VW TDI 150HP turbocharged diesel engine with shaft drive to a 4-blade propeller. The engine has indirect cooling via a heat exchanger. The engine has completed a total of 362.5 hours as of 13th September 2025. The engine was last serviced in March 2025 by SB Marine. There is a 135-litre plastic fuel tank, which at a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of approximately 16 Knots. To make handling easy this boat is fitted with both a through tunnel bowthruster and also has Trim tabs. Electrical Systems 2 x 12-volt batteries (1 x engine + 1 x domestic batteries) charging from alternator and via 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and battery charger.
