Grand Soleil 40 Paperini version year 2007, length 11.98 x 3.77 m, draft 2.15 m, standard aluminum mast with 2 spreaders, single owner, refit year 2023 with numerous works carried out, Yanmar 40 hp engine new zero hours , 2 cabins with 2 bathrooms and shower (the aft one with separate shower room), owner's cabin in the bow and guests in the aft, convertible dinette, 2-burner kitchen on the port side, cockpit fridge, oven. In 2023 it was refitted with the following interventions: - 2 coats of antifouling - engine replacement - replacement of the shock absorber flywheel - new alternator (May 2024), total overhaul of the Saildrive with replacement of membrane, oil seals etc. etc. - New fresh water pump and bilge pump - New batteries - Charger batteries- Winches-Stopper- Dyneema halyards and sheets- New full batten mainsail- Teak and deck polishing- Propeller with folding blades
