This Myco 40 comes from the hand of Martin Bekebrede Yachtdesign, for years a household name in the Dutch yachting world. The particularly solid and well thought-out construction combined with a multi-knuckle hull shape results in a CE category 'B', so if it is your wish to set off both indoor and outdoor waters, this vessel is the ideal candidate. This Bekebrede transom cutter is equipped with a reliable Vetus Deutz 6 cylinder with 168 hp and only 803 operating hours, she is also equipped with an 8kW generator, 3000W Victron inverter, an indoor & outdoor shower, deck wash pump and a Dometic air conditioning system in the salon and aft cabin. Both the anchor winch and the bow + stern thruster are hydraulic, the latter being equipped with a 'Hi-Lo & Hold' function, making docking a pleasure even when sailing the vessel alone. The entire ship was professionally painted in 2020 and in 2023 the batteries were renewed, the spray hood is as good as new and in December of 2024 the antifouling will be renewed.
