This example of a replica Dutch barge was fitted out to a high standard by Robertsons of Woodbridge in 2003 and the interior living quarters reconfigured and updated by Robertsons in 2022. She is extensively equipped for comfortable cruising or weekend/residential accommodation. She has had local use and is for sale due to lack of time now available, by the present owners. ACCOMMODATIONThe accommodation offers up to four berths in two cabins, with potential for further occasional berths in the saloon. Forward stateroom, with central queen-sized bed. Radiator. Opening window/emergency escape to foredeck. Fitted carpet and curtains. Door from stateroom to passageway with heads compartment to starboard. Sanimarin toilet piped to holding tank, with overboard and deck discharge. Vanity unit, with h&c water supply. Good storage. Chrome radiator/towel rail that can be independently heated by electric element. Spacious shower compartment with h&c mixer and folding glass door (2022). Second cabin to starboard, with double bed, hanging locker and drawer storage. Radiator. Rug and curtain/ blind. Door to passageway to main saloon with large entertaining area and built in storage. Wood burner stove stove (2022). 2 x radiators. Sofa/day bed & two club style armchairs. Rug on hardwood flooring. Large opening skylight. Curtains/blinds.Galley area aft to port, with Caprice four burner gas cooker with oven and grill. Hotpoint refrigerator. Stainless steel sink, with h&c water supply. Full size kitchen units. Microwave, toaster. Steps ( with storage) up to wheelhouse, with access to engine room, with engine, generator, tanks, batteries and heating boiler. Midships helm position, with full instrumentation and controls. Port and starboard glazed doors to decks. Aft glazed opening doors to large aft deck with 5 x access hatches. and free-standing teak seating, with removable cushions. Weed hatch under aft deck.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMSLocated under the wheelhouse floor. Perkins 135 hp, six cylinder diesel engine. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger.
