This is a one-owner boat that was purchased new at the 2004 Cleveland boat show, and has been used in freshwater only.This vessel offers a very nice layout with guest seating and a comfortable amount of interior cabin space, a full set of isinglass, (camper style canvas), and a separate canvas mooring cover.The aft sundeck has a swim platform mounted on it with a swim ladder.The cockpit and the helm have a set of well-laid-out controls, gauges, and electronics all ergonomically placed including a VHF radio, trim tabs, and windlass as well as ample guest seating.The interior is spacious and comfortable with a galley that is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and a good amount of counter and cabinet space. She sleeps eight with two cabins and two heads and a full shower. The owner states that this one owner 2003 Regal Commodore 3860's interior is like-new, that all maintenance is currently up to date, that the engines have smooth performance, with consistent reliability, and that all items on board function as expected except for the radome and the The shower sump pump may need replacing. The sale of the vessel will also include an extra set of props. The Ray-Marine Radar is inoperable.
