Accommodation: Access to Lady Bird is gained via the Stb side transom door into the cockpit. Here you have a wet bar consisting of a cockpit sink with storage below for yje Igloo cooler box. Opposite is the seating area for 4 adults with dining table. The aft bench seat also folds away to give a larger aft cockpit if required. (Engine access beneath). This then leads on to the port side ‘L’ seating. The helm is Stb side and has a lovely sporty feel to it. The helm has a bolster and swivels which allows the seat to be used socially too. It is equipped with a Raymarine plotter, VHF radio, depth sounder and electric windlass. There are drinks holders throughout the cockpit making it the ideal place to socialise and enjoy the sunshine. You then step up to the windscreen door providing access to the bow. The cockpit sole is laid in grey EVA decking which provides a nice elevated feel to the cockpit. The upholstery and canopy are all in very good condition too. Steps lead down into the main cabin. There is an under-cockpit cabin with double berth with overhead reading lights an opening window. The galley is port side and fitted with a Samsung microwave oven located out of site in a locker, stainless-steel sink with hot and cold mixer taps, (hot water via calorifier) and both eye level and lower-level cupboard space. Opposite is the shower and toilet compartment. Fitted with an over the sink, mixer tap shower head, manual sea toilet to 95lt holding tank, large mirror, storage cupboard, surface space and opening port hole. Forward is the V-shaped dining area with table and seating for up to 6 people, this converts to a good-sized double V-berth and has plenty of storage beneath. Owners Comments: The engine and sterndrive was professionally service in March 2024. Inventory: Navigation lights, Raymarine plotter, VHF radio, Engine hour meter, readding 462hrs, Speedo, Rev counter, Depth sounder, Compass, 240V shore support, battery charger and Inverter. Decks: Anchor, Anchor chains, Electric windlass, Remote stainless steel spotlight, Fenders, Warps, Stainless steel pulpit, Bathing platform, Transom shower and Boarding ladder. Safety: Fire extinguishers, Fire blanket, Bilge pumps and BSS till 04/08/2026.
