Description

NEW LISTINGLady K is a Bill Tripp designed semi-custom 77 foot performance cruising yacht built by Marten Yachts, New Zealand in Kevlar composite for the current owner. Launched in 2002 and now available on the brokerage market for the very first time. She is a very capable, effortless and fast bluewater cruiser and has taken her owners and their guests across all the Oceans for more than twenty years and she is now seeking a new guardian.Always meticulously maintained, she had a major refit during 2015/2016 in the Pendennis yard and a further mini-refit at Rybovitch in 2020.With four double guest suites and a fabulous raised saloon and pilot house. She is easily sailed by a couple from the twin helm cockpit or the inside helm station. All the sail handling is push-button, with an in-boom furling carbon ketch rig and powered furling of the Doyle sails. The rigging was changed in 2021 to Southern Spars EC6 to substantially lighten the rig.The main engine and generator were both replaced during the refit and still have low hours. There is a powerful bow-thruster for ease of docking, a high output watermaker for self-sufficiency and the home comforts extend to full air-conditioning, capacious fridge and freezers, a full size washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher in the galley. For watersports enthusiasts there is a dive compressor and a Jet Rib stowed on the aft deck..Lady K is a rare find, a beautifully designed and meticulously maintained luxurious performance cruising yacht costing no more than a smaller production boat from one of the mass-market boat builders.LYING IN ANTIGUA USD 1,595,000 Please contact Richard Watson to arrange an inspection.
