2002 Lodestar Ketch

Built on the Isle of Wight in a joint venture by former owner John Radford and local boatbuilder Peter Bradshaw to a Lodestar plan and to a very high standard 'Peace' is a true ocean capable vessel of rare quality. Having been the former owners pride and joy she was under refit which they became unable to complete.In our view this vessel would make an ideal live aboard for someone who wants to take on the task of finishing the project as you could move aboard straight away and most systems appear to be functioning correctly. One exception being the water pump for the engine which was stripped down for modification and maintenance when work stopped. The electrical system however does seem to be working and the solar panel appears to be charging the batteries properly.Once completed Peace would be the ideal boat to take on long voyages of discovery with ample facilities and plenty of room aboard for a family. To gain a proper understanding of the details and opportunities provided by this boat a viewing is highly recommended.
