The Broom 450 is one of the most highly capable seagoing craft ever built, providing a comfortable ride and capable offshore cruiser with great performance coupled with excellent slow speed handling and moveability.  The craft is very well appointed both inside and out with wide decks and comfortable cockpit and all round visibility. There is also a large lounging area on the aft deck with table. The interior provide high finish woodwork throughout the craft. Aft Cabin This has a very large comfortable double berth, with separate en-suite toilet & shower, Large wardrobe storage and draw units both sides.Forward cabin has V twin berths, Stowage, draw units & access to the day heads on the port side with electric toilet, Shower, Sink, Hot & Cold water.Galley This is on the port side amidships and well equipped with two stainless steel sinks, Electric 4 burner hob, Combination microwave, Hot & Cold water, Fridge & Freezer, Lockers and under counter stowage.Mid Cabin To the port side midships with two single berths, Stowage and porthole.Saloon Provides a very light and airy space with dinning table on the starboard forward side with U- shaped setting aft in leather and coffee table. Opposite on the starboard side is large sideboard for TV and music equipment.PART EXCHANGE COULD BE CONCIDERED.
