She appears to be in good condition. The photos tell the story. The only issue is that the air conditioner isn't blowing cold.The exterior looks good. No visible damage. The interior is in good overall condition. There are signs of previous leaks that the seller reports has been repaired.An inspection is recommended to verify the condition.
