Remarks :JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 40 with GRP hull, deck & superstructure, fin keel, Yanmar 55HP shaft driven diesel engine, sails include main, Genoa (2022), slab reefing, accommodation includes 3 x double berths in 3 cabins excluding saloon, separate w.c. compartment with sea w.c. and shower, hot water, warm air heating, equipment includes anchor windlass electric, Raymarine instruments including radar see under "Inventory", self-tailing winches, slab reefing from cockpit, shore power, outboard davit, 2 x electric bilge pumps, life raft (2020), Radar reflector, new engine mounts (2021) etc.This Sun Odyssey 40 was used as a charter vessel initially and in more recent years has been in private ownership. She is currently ashore having just had her hull stripped back, epoxied and re-antifouled. She is at the final stages of being prepared for sale and some historical photos are being used.
