It is sitting on the water and ready to go!Features include a 1000 gallon fuel tank built into the hull for the two John Deere diesel motors with closed loop fresh water cooling, a 300 gallon fresh water tank, three 36,000 BTU ACs and a 22kW Isuzu generator. There is also an 8000 BTU AC on top of the pilot house. This boat has been inspected by the AL state water patrol.The cabin is stick built with fiberglass siding and the hull is molded fiberglass. The motors mounts are mounted to the stringers and positioned to be 6" off the floor of the boat.Inside you'll find a kitchen with walnut cabinets, full size appliances including a refrigerator, stove and microwave along with a stacked washer and dryer. There are granite countertops throughout including the full bath with shower along with the half bath.There are tile floors throughout with carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The seller of this listing has provided the information and pictures contained within this ad. This listing has not been viewed or inspected by the broker. To the best of our knowledge and with the owner's approval, the information and pictures in this ad properly represent the unit.The owner states that all systems and functions are working correctly.The exterior, roof and interior fabrics and surfaces are in good condition.Motors and generator are original. Generator hours are unknown.No maintenance records - seller has done all of the routine maintenance himself.Boat was last out of the water for a hull inspection and to be repainted in 2015 or 2016. An antenna was struck by lightning so the boat was pulled from the water by the insurance company to make sure there was no damage to the hull. The only damage that could be found was to some of the electronics which were replaced. All has worked fine since.Interested buyers are welcome to schedule a personal walkthrough. Professional/Personal inspections can be arranged with an accepted offer and a refundable deposit.
