The master bedroom air conditioning unit was replaced in 2022.The generator had a tune-up in 2023.The impellers were changed at the end of 2024.A new windlass was installed in 2024. A new depth finder was installed in 2024. The carpets have been removed to be cleaned. Boat had a bottom job done before 2021, and barnacles were removed from bottom.Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm its condition before purchase.
