Description

Mechanical : Sails and Spars: This Beneteau 361 Clipper has a Bermudan Masthead Sloop rig, with a deck-stepped Aluminium mast and boom, with stainless steel standing rigging. Equipped with a furling headsail, a slab reef, mainsail and Lazy Jacks. The stainless-steel standing rigging was replaced in 2018, and the running rigging was replaced in 2023/2024. This vessel also includes an aluminium spinnaker pole. Winches: 2 x Sheet winches, Lewmar, self-tailing 2 x Halyard winches, Lewmar, self-tailing Sails: Mainsail, new in 2000, condition good, last valeted 2023 Genoa, new in 2009, condition good, last valeted 2023 with a new UV strip in 2021. Mechanical Systems: This Beneteau 361 Clipper is equipped with a year 2000, Volvo 2003 diesel engine with 28HP, 3-cylinder, indirectly cooled with Morse controls. The engine hours are unknown. This Volvo engine is powering a shaft-driven 3-bladed folding propeller and is supplied by a 75-litre plastic fuel tank. The engine was last serviced in 2024; this vessel should achieve a cruising speed of approximately 6 knots and a maximum speed of 7.5 knots. The vessel also benefits from some service history, a new cutlass and an inboard shaft bearing in 2018. Electrical Systems: This vessel is equipped with 3 x 12v batteries.
