Description
The Nauticat 39 is fast, comfortable and easy to handle. Highest quality standards throughout combined with outstanding performance under sail are the criteria behind this successful yacht. This is the 3 cabin version of this sought after pilothouse yacht. Now lying ashore for the winter: Co Down, NIFull Details:DescriptionThis Nauticat 39 (hull # 048) is in great condition for a 1998 built and 1999 commissioned example - she has not had the extensive use that many others have. She has the sail characteristics of a modern sailing yacht while cleverly retaining all the comfort features of the classic Nauticat motorsailer. A safe and ergonomic cockpit with easy access to the swim platform, makes for easy handling. Combine this with the electric winches and you get the picture... She is a real opportunity for someone. She is on her second owner who has had her since 2000 and had her regularly and professionally maintained. She is laid up ashore under covers for 6 months each year, with heating and dehumidifier operating. She features the standard interior layout with 3 double cabins, with the optional terracotta alcantara upholstery in the pilothouse.Currently lying ashore for the winter - she will be launched and commissioned for the season in the Spring.DimensionsLength Overall: 11.85m / 39'Length at Waterline: 9.8m / 32'2"Beam: 3.5m / 11'6"Max Draft: 1.9m / 6'3"Air draft: approx. 16.8m / 55'Displacement: 9,144 kg / 9 tonsBallast: 3,048 kg / 3 tonsCE category: AConstructionHand laminated GRP construction with an external lead ballast bulb fitted to the keel. The deck and superstructure are also hand laminated.
