Description
The Hallberg-Rassy 62 is a beautifully crafted yacht in its class, fully capable of undertaking long-distance ocean voyages. It is an excellent choice for those seeking high levels of comfort, along with safe and effortless sailing. Designed for easy handling, the yacht allows a single person to control the sails via push buttons at the helm, making it simple to set, reef, and trim the sails. Upon its release, the Hallberg-Rassy 62 was awarded "Yacht of the Year" in the category for yachts over 50 feet. Only 25 of these exceptional vessels were built at the Hallberg-Rassy yard in Ellös, Sweden—just 15 minutes from Berthon Scandinavia’s office in Henån.We have sold a handful of 62s over the last years. All new owners of these yachts have set off for extended cruising programs and are very pleased with the comfort, safety, performance and super nice living space.Hallberg-Rassy 62 ESTEHR’s interior, is hand built of selected mahogany and varnished to a satin finish. The layout offers four cabins, allowing eight persons to sleep in two double berths and four single (bunk) berths. The owner’s aft cabin has a centre berth with en suite heads/shower. The navigation table and galley are located directly at the entrance. The saloon has a dinner table and a coffee table with two sofas. In front of the mast bulkhead are three guest cabins, one to port and one to starboard with bunk berth and the forward cabin with a v-berth. There is also a guest head and a very practical separate shower cabin in this area. Generally, all throughout the yacht, the amount of storage space is huge.Hallberg-Rassy 62, ESTEHR has had a great life. The first owners used her for family sailing in the Mediterranean. The current owner took ownership in 2016. ESTEHR was sailed back to Sweden and had a number of upgrades in order to be prepared for ocean sailing.
