Diese Hemmes Kruiser 12.00 AK wurde in den letzten Jahren umfassend renoviert und präsentiert sich sowohl außen als auch innen in einem gepflegten Zustand. Im Juni 2025 wurde der Unterwasserbereich gestrichen und mit neuem Antifouling versehen, das gesamte Schiff wurde 2021 professionell gestrichen und rundum mit 2-Komponenten-Lack versehen. Die Dieseltanks wurden professionell gereinigt und mit Mannlöchern versehen. Ein 1800-W-Victron-Wechselrichter sowie eine Innen- und Außendusche sind nur einige der vorhandenen Optionen. Kürzlich wurden ein Heckstrahlruder mit eigener Batterie, eine mobile Klimaanlage, neue Starterbatterien und eine neue elektrische Toilette installiert, und es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Salonfenster durch neue Sonnenschutzvorrichtungen im Salon zu verdunkeln. Außerdem wurden ein neuer Warmwasserboiler mit Motorwärme und 220 Volt sowie neue Pumpen für Frisch- und Schwarzwassertank eingebaut.
