There is a desk built in on the port side next to the berth. A large hanging locker is at the foot of the berth with a mirror above. The vacuum head and a sink are on the port side. A large shower on the starboard side. A book shelf is located above the berth. There is storage on both side and under the berth also a full size chart drawer under the berth. A emergency tiller is behind the headboard. Fire extinguisher in locker.The guest cabin is located forward and features a large V-Berth. There are numerous drawers for plenty of storage along with a hanging locker. The head is on the starboard side and has a vacuum head, sink and a stall shower. Fire extinguisher in locker.The saloon is located in the center of the vessel over the engine room. A L-Settee is on the starboard side with a high-low Grand Banks table. The L-Settee cushions lift and are held open with gas rams for easy storage below. The L-Settee has a table storage area at the bend .Across from the L-Settee is a entertainment center with blue leather reclining arm chairs and foot stools on each side. This Grand Banks has the helm seat option with a bar and icemaker behind on the starboard side. The salon has windows on all sides most of which open and have fly screens. Drapes and texaline window cover are provided for sun protection. The sole is parquet with custom rugs throughout. New Weems & Plath clock and barometer and West Marine temperature gauge. Two lamps and a DVD/TV. Next to the helm are two cupboards with all the AC & DC breakers, Engine & Generator start/stop system, electricity monitoring gauges.The Aft Deck on this Grand Banks is very large And is home to a New 2008 Aluminium Duroboat Tender on New Aluminium chocks and a New Susuki 9.9 Outboard. There are two large storage boxes in each aft corner. One has the shore power connectors built in and the other has the hot and cold shower.The aft deck is teak covered.The fly bridge is two steps up from the aft deck. The deck is Teak. There is a Grand Banks L-Settee on the starboard side with bench seat forward, a Teak table is located here. There is another bench seat on the port side with seats facing forward and aft, also on the port side there are 2 teak folding deck chairs. Livingston is in excellent condition, and has been professionally maintained, and the present owners have upgraded the yacht for Mediterranean use.Maintenance performed on Generator and Engines along with many upgrades.
