The 1996 Sumerset 73x16 Houseboat is in great condition, as seen in the photos. The sellers appeared to have maintained the boat well and have not reported any major issues or defects. It has the normal wear and tear as expected of a 1996 vessel, but it still looks ready to take on another family adventure!
