<p>A classic ocean thoroughbred with beautiful and luxurious interior. Built to Lloyds +100A1 classification, this Bowman 40 offers the most reassuring blue water package.</p>
<p>The Bowman 40 is fast becoming a modern classic, her elegant lines, cutter rig and sheel keel all combine to create a comfortable, sea kindly sailing experience. The interior joinery is of high quality and finished in teak with handholds and bracing points throughout.</p>
<p>Condition and Readiness</p>
<p>This Bowman 40 has had one owner since new. She was molded and all structural fixtures installed by Rival Bowman, with interior fit out completed to an extremely high standard by the owners. Their attention to detail is evident through the design additions such as the larger than standard forward berth and shower room. Forty Love presents very nicely throughout and has clearly had very dedicated owners and her condition reflects this.</p>
<p>Location and Viewings</p>
<p>Forty Love is currently afloat in her marina berth in Lagos, Portugal. Lagos is often considered to be the gateway to the Mediterranean and with regular flights to Faro, it is quickly becoming a popular destination for those seeking a more favorable sailing climate. In addition to a thriving communuity, Lagos also offers a highly regarded boatyard with excellent servicing facilities making winter maintenance a straight forward task.</p>
<p>Forty Love is an EU VAT paid yacht, there is an option for her to be brought back to the UK for completion for her to redeem her UK VAT paid status, this is a rare opportunity for any potential purchaser to choose her home port.</p>
