The accommodation is suited to 4 but can take more should the need arise. Based on Windermere from new.</p><p>Construction</p><p>GRP construction with a wing keel (1.50m draft), spade rudder with tiller steering.</p><p>Mechanicals</p><p>Powered by a Yannmar 2GM20 18hp inboard diesel with shaft driven 2 bladed propeller. 2 x 12 V batteries provide engine start and service power, these charging via the engine and shore power. </p><p>Sails and Rigging</p><p>Deck stepped alloy mast and spars with stainless wire standing rigging and adjustable back stay. Slab reefing Mainsail with Lazy Jack bag and a roller furling Genoa.</p><p>Accommodation</p><p>"Manhattan" can sleep up to 5 or 6 crew with an aft double cabin and the remaining berths in the open plan saloon and V berth. The galley has a 2 burner alchohol hob, sink with pressurised hot and cold water, cool box and storage. Chart table to starboard and a separate head with chemical toilet and wash basin.
