Design and Pedigree
The Rustler 36 is a classic bluewater cruising yacht with a long-standing reputation for strength, balance, and offshore capability. With her blue hull, teak decks, and wheel steering, she embodies the traditional Rustler aesthetic while offering a practical and confidence-inspiring platform for serious cruising. Because of this, the Rustler 36 continues to be highly sought after by experienced sailors.

Ownership History
This Rustler 36, named ‘Younge Rustler’ is now in her third ownership and has a well-documented history. She was previously sold through Red Ensign in 2017, and again to her current owners in 2022. As a result, her background and care history are well understood, which adds reassurance for prospective buyers.

Hull, Deck, and Steering
The yacht presents in the classic configuration, with teak decks and wheel steering, offering both security and comfort on longer passages. The deck layout supports safe movement forward, while the cockpit feels solid and well protected at sea.

Rig and Sailing Systems
She benefits from a very strong equipment inventory, set up with offshore cruising in mind. Key features include Hydrovane wind self-steering, mast steps, and a Rutland wind generator. In addition, she has new standing rigging fitted in 2025, which is a major plus for future ownership and offshore planning.

Mechanical and Ground Tackle
Power is provided by a 35hp engine, offering dependable propulsion when required. Anchoring is well supported by an electric windlass, which makes handling ground tackle easier and safer, especially when cruising short-handed.

Cruising Readiness
Overall, this Rustler 36 has been equipped and maintained for real cruising rather than marina use. Because many key systems are already in place, she offers a straightforward and well-prepared ownership proposition.

Location and Viewing
The yacht is currently berthed on the Clyde in Scotland and is available for viewing by appointment.

Please contact our Falmouth office on 01326 313143 for further details or to arrange a viewing.
