The sole in the saloon and galley is teak with mahogany trim, featuring exceptionally deep dry-storage lockers beneath, while the staterooms and passageways are finished with high-quality acrylic carpet. Description of layout: Forward Cabin and Head:Beginning in the forepeak, the chain locker is isolated from the living quarters by a full watertight bulkhead with access via a watertight door. The guest stateroom features two single V-berths, which have been professionally converted into a generous king-size bed. This cabin includes an inset writing desk mounted on the bulkhead. Moving aft, a deep hanging locker is located to starboard, with the guest head opposite to port. This head includes a vanity with an extra-deep washbasin, a manual Jabsco marine toilet, and an integral shower with a wrap-around curtain designed to create a dry stall. The compartment offers six deep storage cubicles and a folding laundry drying rack.Saloon:The saloon is separated from the forward accommodation by a genuine, full-height watertight collision bulkhead secured by a submarine-style watertight door. To port, a spacious U-shaped seating area surrounds a large dining table, while a comfortable sofa/loveseat is located to starboard. Outboard of the starboard sofa is a dedicated pilot/sea berth, ideal for offshore passages. Both the U-shaped seating and the sofa were recently reupholstered. The storage throughout the saloon is extensive, featuring deep lockers outboard on both sides, including a dedicated compartment previously used for a television. Galley:Located to port in the after quarter of the saloon, the U-shaped galley is an ergonomic "tour de force" designed for use in heavy seas. It offers ample counter space for meal preparation and an abundance of lockers for victualling. This area features a large double sink in good condition and is positioned to allow the cook to remain secure while the vessel is heeled. Navigation Table:Opposite the galley to starboard is the comprehensive navigation and chart table. It features a fixed, saddle-style seat, recently reupholstered, providing a secure position for the navigator. This hub houses the 12V and 24V DC distribution panels and fuses, alongside the electrical system display monitors for AC and DC battery levels. Communication and entertainment controls are centralized here, including fixed and wireless Raymarine VHF units and a Fusion stereo control head. Aft Cabins and Head:Proceeding aft from the navigation station, the starboard walkthrough cabin contains a comfortable single berth, ideal for another navigator’s watch-berth at passage or guest accommodation, with overhead storage lockers. This leads into the Master Owner’s Cabin. This stateroom features a Queen-size berth with a custom foam mattress. The cabin is surrounded by storage lockers, with additional storage beneath the berth currently utilized for spare parts. This sub-berth area also provides critical access to the rudder stock and the auxiliary autopilot drive. The aft head is located to port, featuring a vanity, deep washbasin, electric marine toilet, and an integral shower.
