Slab reefing Mainsail with sail coat and roller furling Genoa with UV strip. Both sails are said to be in "good condition".Accommodation:Roomy accommodation for a boat this length with 4 berths. Aft double berth and 2 x single berths in the open plan saloon. Central table with a folding leaf, chart table to starboard and galley to port. 2 burner hob plus single burner hob running on meths and gas, single stainless sink with manual pumped cold water, icebox, stowage. The separate heads is fitted with a Port-a-Potti chemical toilet and handbasin with manual cold water.
