The Vancouver is an evolution of the original Robert Harris-designed Vancouver 27. The newer 28 is fractionally longer in the stern and has a slightly raised sheer, providing a little more volume below decks. With no compromises made to suit modern fashions, she is without doubt a yacht designed for short-handed offshore cruising.
