Description

The Cambria 44/46 is a legendary sailing vessel that is built to withstand the worst weather imaginable well without compromising sailing performance. This is the perfect boat to sail around the world on. This model usually sells for over 130k. Don't miss out on this unique and sought after sailing beauty!Cambrias were crafted by David Walters Yachts and were meticulously designed to embody a swift, comfortable, and high-performance cruising experience, upholding the exceptional quality standards synonymous with Hinckley, Alden, and Little Harbor yachts. Constructed with Airex cored hulls and Divinycell cored decks, the Cambria boasts a hull core that not only provides superior strength at equivalent weight but also offers thermal and sound insulation benefits. The entire vessel was engineered to surpass the stringent standards set by Lloyds and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Initially presented as a 44, denoting its on-deck length, the boat's overall length measured 46 feet from the bow to the tip of the distinctive reverse stern. This Cambria 44/46 has recently been dedicated to cruising the British Virgin Islands, but faced adversity when it lost its mast during Hurricane Irma while stationed in the boatyard in Virgin Gorda. Subsequently, it found itself under the ownership of a civil engineer, specializing in bridge construction, who expertly spliced the mast in three places. Later on, the vessel changed hands once more, now in possession of its current owners, who have undertaken extensive upgrades, including all new electronics. With minimal effort, this boat is ready for someone to acquire and set sail on new adventures.Additional InfoInterior Comforts And AmenitiesDual companionway entrances. Two Full HeadsForward and Aft CabinLarge hangingUhpolstory throughoutSureflow Blaster Water PumpGroco PST-1 water pressure storage tankForce 10 stainless steel marine stove and ovenDual stainless steel sinksFully equipped galleyLee clothes on both setteesPlastic holding tankMacerator pump 12 voltStainless steel water tanks with gauges on tanksStainless steel dorade ventsStainless steel portlights throughoutElectronics and Navigation EquipmentNew Raymarine Quantom Radar (2023)New Raymarine chart plotter in cockpit (2023)Raymarine Hybrid touch chart plotter in good condition above chart tableStandard Horizon GX2150 VHF with AIS target display above chart tableStandard Horizon Ram 3 VHF mic with display in the cockpit (with speaker)New Raymarine ST60+ wind speed indicator display (2023)2 New Raymarine Smart Pilot ST6002 autopilot control and display (2023)(one in the cockpit and one above the chart table)Ritchie compassRaymarine depth sounderNavigation LightsBrass barometerFusion Apollo marine stereoElectric SystemXantrex Freedom Marine 30 Inverter ChargerTwo 4D Power king deep cycle house batteriesEngine starter batteryOriginal switchboard12-volt lighting throughoutShore power cable outletMechanical SystemsEngine and Mechanical SystemsWesterbeke 55 HP marine diesel engine with 3828 hoursWesterbeke panel with tachometer, water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge and voltage.Quadrant/Cable steering system with emergency tillerPower Survivor 160 E, Endurance Series 12 Volt water makerDripless shaft sealRacor fuel and water separatorElectric and manual bilge pumpsLifting centerboardSails And RiggingNew mainsail 2023Jib and staysail in good conditionSeldon keel stepped mast with in-mast furlingHarken roller furling headsailRemovable Dyneema baby stay for a hanked-on staysailBarient winches of various sizes located in the cockpit and at the base of the mastHydraulic Backstay (rebuilt Jan 2024)Stainless steel stanchions, pulpits, lifelines, and wire.Hydraulic boom vang (rebuilt 2024)Deck and CockpitFull set of mooring and dock linesFull set of fendersTeak decks in good condition sealed with Starbright teak sealerWinslow life raft (needs servicing)Pedestal SteeringCockpit CushionsBimini and dodgerVarnished track cockpit tableRotating outboard lift davitHull and ExteriorNew Green Awlgrip (Fall 2022)New antifouling (August 2023)Two-inch thick solid fiberglass internal grid unitDisclaimerThe company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
