Remarks :Northshore's Southerly's have found their own unique niche market as a a comfortable cruising yacht with very shallow draft, yet surprisingly good performance. This Southerly 115 deck saloon also has an interior steering position and a hydraulically operated lifting keel which when raised allows this Southerly 115 to float in very shallow water or to be beached. Lifting keel has been refurbished by Irons Brothers 2025. Over the last four years there has been a considerable amount of renewals and upgrades on 'Blueberry', including rigging, instruments, sprayhood, batteries, furling system, hot water system. Accommodation :Forward cabin with two crossover single berths, under berth storage, portlights and opening roof hatch. Folding door to saloon with bench settee to starboard and U shaped settee to port with dining table. This can convert to a double berth with the infill cushion. Hull portlights.Steps up to the raised helm position with single seat and chart table to starboard. Heads compartment aft of the helm. Galley to port and walkthrough to the aft cabin. Engine access hatches in walkthrough. Aft cabin has an offset double berth, settee and storage. Overhead opening hatch by Lewmar new 2026, hull and aft portlights and port and starboard opening portlights.
