BLUE MOON is a delightful motor cruising of outstanding quality and character.Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter was built for fourteen years between 1981 and 1994. A total of 195 hulls were built. The Hallberg-Rassy 94 Kutter is a charming motor sailor and a departure from the range of other Hallberg-Rassy yachts. The hull reminds  us of the beautiful lines of a traditional Swedish fishing boat, but has a more pronounced keel. The 94 has a fuller hull than other Hallberg-Rassy designs from this era and a canoe stern and a full keel.BLUE MOON is a clean example of this classic yacht from Hallberg-Rassy and has been kept to a very good standard by her owners. She is available to view ashore at Hamble Point Marina and completely ready to go for the current sailing season.Viewing is highly recommended.Construction Hull:GRP White, Marine blue decorating stripe above the rubbing strake.Underwater hull treated with GRP primer, two-component primer and antifouling paint. Antifoul removed back to Gelcoat  in 2019.Antifoul applied Spring 2026.Blue waterline.Ballast keel, iron, moulded in and completely protected in GRP. Rudder blade in stainless steelRudder main sheet Ø 35 mm in bronze. Heavy cast rudder fittings in bronze. 3 new anodes, Spring 2026.Deck and Superstructure:GRP sandwich construction 25 mm with polyvinyl cellular plastic as core material for strength and insulation.Colour - Ivory white.Hull and deck completely joined by overlapping GRP laminate.The deck is fitted with four Ø 26 mm scuppers. Two scuppers Ø 38 mm in the self-draining cockpit.Teak deck sealed with silicon rubber.Deck fittings:Two Lewmar 16C Sheet winches. Two Winch handles “Lock in “ type.6 mooring cleats.Pulpits bow and stern in stainless steel, open type for easy boarding.Rubbing strake from brass Double lifelines with four pairs of conical stanchions in stainless steel, height 610 mm.Hardtop with windscreen made from heat treated glass in light alloy frame to protect forward part of the cockpit.Centre windscreen opening. Cockpit canvas cover made from synthetic material.frame.Six windows hardened glass in light alloy frames, two of these opening. 4 ventilators of which two Electrolux, Hand bilge pump.Navigation lights.Bathing ladder on transom.Steering:Steering, chain and sprocket system with stainless wire transmission to heavy bronze quadrant, adjustable.Tiller steering in addition to wheel and wireAccomodation Accommodation:First class workmanship in selected mahogany, hand rubbed and treated to silk smooth finish.Accommodation consists from forward:Water and gas tight separate stowage for anchor, warps and gas cylinder accessible by hatch on deck and drained overboard. Forward cabin has two comfortable berths, 2 m long, with filler piece for maximum width.Stowage below berths. The inside of the hull is lined with mahogany. Shelves full lengths above berths.Folding door between forward cabin and passage. Large wardrobe in passage on starboard side.On port side is a separate toilet room with  Jabsco WC serviced 2025 and new Joker valve Spring 2026.. Adequate room to move freely. China wash basin, hot and cold mixer tap, mirror, locker for clothes and toilet articles.In the saloon is on port side an L-shaped sofa 2 m long, with hinged lift-up backrests to increase sleeping space. Above a bookshelf, lockers and stowage. On the starboard side is a straight sofa with stowage and shelves as on port side. Reading lights over settees. Internal hull lined with mahogany. JVC cd radio.Between the berths a strong table 100 x 77 cm with fold sides. The centre accommodating of the table is a stowage for bottles and other small items.Next on starboard side the galley with gimballed 2 burner Eno Grand gas cooker  and oven fitted with fiddle rails. Gas cooker serviced 2025 and new piping cylinder to stove replaced and shut off valve replaced.Permanent tubing with shutoff valve for liquid gas from stove to gas cylinder. There is a stainless steel double sink with hot and cold mixer tap. Foot pump and a Isotherm compressor fridge. 70 litres. New Isotherm fridge 70 litres, 2025. Working surface with teak finish . Stowage for cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. including pegs. Fixed position for waste basket.On port side is the chart table and instrument panel with volt meter and freshwater and fuel gauge. Also fuses for various circuits.Blue UpholsteryEberspacker blown air heating with 2 outlets.Professionally stripped and serviced 2020Exhaust pipe and skin fitting new 2021Ventilation:Forward cabin: 1 skylight.Toilet:1 opening window.Saloon: 2 Dorade ventilators and two part louvered door in companionway.Walk-through between main cabin and forward cabin: 1 opening window.Cockpit:The cockpit is self draining with access to saloon and well protected by high wash boards. Strong hardtop with head room 1.85 m. Centre windscreen opening, two windscreen wipers, one deck light, chart table for navigation conveniently in front of steering wheel, compass, steering wheel in teak.Instrument panel with tachometer, temperature gauge, optical and acoustic warning indicator for oil and water temperature. Upholstered seat Helmsman’s bench. Stowage accessible through teak hatches on starboard side, port side and aft.Floor and seating in teak, cockpit table in mahogany. Engine easily accessible through large cockpit hatch.
